Originally from Alabama, I made the mountains of North Carolina my home in 2002. I’m a proud mom to one daughter who recently graduated college and is now engaged, and I love spending time with her, my soon-to-be son-in-law, and my grand-dog.
Since 2007, my career has been devoted to serving at-risk youth and individuals with disabilities. Over the years, I worked with two organizations, the most recent for 12 years where I served as CEO. In 2020, I returned to school, earning my associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, and ultimately my MBA in Business Administration in 2024.
My passion lies in serving members of the IDD community while creating workplaces where employees feel valued and respected. I believe the best way to achieve this was to form my own company, Enabld, LLC—an organization built on respect, empowerment, and solutions.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband, being spontaneous and a little silly, and finding joy in new experiences. I am always open to listening, learning, and creating solutions, and I believe that even negative feedback is an opportunity for growth.
