Leigha Boldon, RN

Leigha Boldon is an experienced RN with more than 18 years of service as a nurse since graduating Foothills Nursing Consortium. Leigha is very familiar with the IDD/MH population. She has extensive experience in nursing and QP work having ran AFL homes when she was a director of nursing. Leigha will be our training nurse as well as our reviewer of medication administration records.

Leigha enjoys spending time with her husband David and their kids. She loves traveling with her family and taking care of all of their dogs that they have rescued. She enjoys meeting new people and making a difference in their lives.
